ROASTING, REDEFINED

The Core Four

Everything a Cantonese BBQ kitchen needs

Four machines cover the whole workflow — roast, air-dry, poach, cure. Each has its own spec sheet, and we build the small parts that hold the meat in place too.

Best seller

Automatic Roast Duck Oven

全自动烤鸭炉 / 烧鹅炉

Programmable heat curve, auto-rotation and timer shut-off. One operator runs a full batch without standing over the fire.

  • Electric or LPG, 220V / 380V available
  • Auto-rotating rack for even colour
  • Digital thermostat + timer

Automatic Roast Pig Oven

全自动烤猪炉

Built for whole hogs. Rotating spit, staged temperature control and grease recovery — the crisp-skin result without a pit master.

  • Inner diameter options for multiple hogs
  • Segmented auto temperature control
  • Gas leak protection, micro-computer controlled

Air-Drying Cabinet

风干晾鸭柜

Low-temperature circulating air dries duck and goose skins before roasting — the step that decides whether the skin crackles or goes soft.

  • Single / double / triple door versions
  • Adjustable humidity exhaust
  • Sized to match our duck ovens

Chicken Poaching Tank

浸鸡箱(经济箱)

Holds a precise low simmer for white-cut chicken and poached poultry. Set the temperature once and it stays there through service.

  • Batch capacity for commercial volumes
  • Gas or electric heating
  • 304 stainless steel tank

Cured Meat Dryer

腊肉烘干机

For lap cheong, cured pork belly and preserved sausage. Controlled temperature and airflow replace the old sun-drying routine.

  • Multi-tray rack system
  • Adjustable temperature range
  • Timer with auto shut-off

Pig Roasting Accessories

小四小件 · 烤猪配件套装

The four small parts that hold a whole hog in place: rack, heavy-duty hook, drip tray and wire grid. Hard to source separately — we make them to fit our ovens.

  • Pork rack · hook rated to 100 kg
  • Roast tray · wire grid
  • 304 stainless, weld-cleaned

Why BIGUILAI

Four things competitors find hard to copy

Plenty of factories build a roast pig oven. Far fewer build the complete Cantonese BBQ line — and almost none teach you how to cook with it.

01

Complete line, one supplier

Ovens, drying cabinets, poaching tanks and the small roasting parts — ordered together, shipped together, fitted to work with each other.

02

Equipment + real training

We run Cantonese BBQ training, not just a manual. Buy the machine and your team learns the recipes, the timing and the finishing.

03

Factory direct

You talk to the people who build it. No trading company margin, no guessing who will honour the warranty.

04

17 patents, in-house R&D

Our own engineers develop the automatic roasting programs. Custom voltage, size and control layouts are handled in-house.

Starter Packages

Pick the setup that matches your kitchen

Most buyers start with one machine and add the rest within a year. These three combinations cover how our customers actually buy — and bundle pricing beats ordering separately.

The Difference

Anyone can sell you an oven.
We teach you to roast.

Cantonese BBQ is craft, not just hardware. Seasoning ratios, drying time, the moment to pull the bird — get those wrong and the best oven in the world will not save the batch.

  • Recipe and marinade formulas for duck, goose, pork and char siu
  • Drying and roasting timings calibrated to your climate
  • Troubleshooting: pale skin, uneven colour, tough meat
  • Video support after delivery — questions answered by our own chefs

Buyer Questions

What overseas customers ask us first

Yes. Standard builds are 220V or 380V at 50/60Hz, and we configure heating elements and controls to your local supply. Gas models can be specified for LPG or natural gas — tell us which when you enquire.

One machine. Most of our export orders are single units for a restaurant or a small shop — we do not force container quantities on first-time buyers.

Standard models are typically ready within a stated lead time after deposit; custom builds take longer. Sea freight is the usual choice for ovens, with air freight available for accessories. We confirm the schedule for your order before you pay.

Yes. Training material and follow-up support are delivered in English, with video walkthroughs. On-site training is available by arrangement.

Machines carry a manufacturer warranty, and wearing parts such as heating elements, seals and hooks can be shipped separately at any time. We keep parts for older models — many customers run the same oven for years.

We export regularly and handle documentation for overseas delivery. Send us your port or city and we will quote freight along with the machine.
